How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Launch the Learning Lodge.

2. Click on “My Account” in the top menu bar.

3. Click on “Forgot your password?”

4. Click “Yes” on the confirmation prompt.

5. An e-mail will immediately be dispatched to the e-mail account you used for registration with your new password. Please
check your SPAM folder as sometimes, these emails will be directed to SPAM. If the email address used to set up your
Learning Lodge account is now disabled, you must contact Consumer Services at toys@vtechcanada.com for further instructions.

6. Login with the new password as given in the e-mail.

7. After logging in, please take a moment to change your password in the “My Account” menu.
