The first time KidiBuzz^™ is turned on, you'll be asked to perform a two-part firmware update. This update will download the latest software and apps to make sure your KidiBuzz^™ is running properly. A Wi-Fi connection is required for the update and depending on your internet speed, this may take a couple of hours to complete. During the update, it’s okay to press the Home Button and explore some of the features that are already available. If you’re having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, simply go into the KidiBuzz^™ settings and turn off the Wi-Fi and turn it back on again.

Get all of the great KidiBuzz^™ features, like KidiConnect^™, by registering your device. In our commitment to protecting your child’s privacy and keeping compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Act (COPPA), a one-time charge of $0.50 will be requested during the registration process to verify an adult is giving consent to use KidiConnect^™. Proceeds will go to charity, and your credit card information will not be saved.
